In collaboration with Naylor Love as the main contractor, SB Solutions undertook the extensive project. The work included major upgrades to two primary operating theatres, light modifications to two additional theatres, and the establishment of an endoscopy suite. SB Solutions was responsible for all medical gas infrastructure alterations, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to meet the stringent requirements of an operating theatre environment. The project was executed within a narrow window, starting after the hospital's closure for the Christmas holidays and aiming for completion by the end of January. This required meticulous pre-planning, coordination with various contractors, and a dedicated team of specialists in different fields, including medical gas certification, HVAC, and project management.
